I hate how the escalators are always down but I do love this store. I got so many luxury cheeses for clearance prices from their big cheese shop.

Came here for lunch pickup and to use the restroom ! Never seen the jumbo roll placed at a convenient height until now - bravo !!!

This Ralph's is up there on the bougie scale. Not only is it posh but it's huge! The first time I came here I was intimidated. I was intimidated on my second visit too. My first excursion here was to pick up a birthday cake for a friend. The bakery cakes are fancier than your standard Ralphs. The one I got was decorated with Leopard print frosting. It was perfect because it is her favorite print. My second trip I stopped in to pick up some flowers for a friend because I was meeting her for Happy Hour at a restaurant down the street. They have a very nice selection of fresh flowers and the arrangements are lovely. The produce is nicely displayed and everything is spaced out. There is a dedicated section for Kosher products. You will also find vegan items too. Also included is a Pharmacy, cheese counter, fresh seafood, deli, and so much more. The self-service checkout was easy to navigate. If I lived closer I would shop here on a regular basis. Parking garage

I like this Ralphs and they have a great selection of foods, drinks and cheeses, but why does it ALWAYS smell like a rotting corpse on the Moorpark side where the loading zone is at Ralphs? I'd say once or twice a month it's nearly unbearable.

The posh Ralph's - a favorite and a true delight - they recently made more improvements and expanded a few areas Always impressed with the layout and the community as well as valley vibes you get here from start to finish. Great kosher, international, gluten free, plant-based/vegan, vegetarian and baked items. Extensive wine and spirits selections + import, craft and domestic brew/beer. The pharmacy is never busy. Starbucks does good things. The deli is often in flux - mostly only come here for the hummus. The service overall is always personable and you'll find just about everything you need in stock during the week. Weekends are busy, like we know Ralph's was the it spot for a few years like many grocers, but this Ralphs Fresh Fare is still it! Easy parking underground one multiple levels - enter from (as well as exit) Hazeltine Avenue, Moorpark Street or Ventura Blvd. You might spot Colman Domingo, Chloe x Haley, a Real Housewive and a plethora of notable people doing their thing here. Great produced, prepared items and spacious clean isles. Cheers to Sarah who rang me up like a pro and Igor working his magic amongst the self-checkout area which is super efficient.

Good store, prices are fair especially if you shop there seasonal and clearance items. Service was friendly and the checkout line wasn't too long. Plenty of easy parking.

I didn't get her name but the woman working the cheese department tonight around 8:30pm went ABOVE & BEYOND. Give that girl a raise!!! I love cheese but I haven't ventured too far into trying different types. Something today told me to look at some cheeses and boy am I glad I did! She recommended me a great Brie since she saw me looking at the Brie cheeses. She tried to ask more detail as to what I was looking for, but I admitted I had no idea, lol. She also offered us a sample of a cracker that pairs well with the cheese and it was so good we had to buy some! We went to check out right after this and I was shocked to see her again while we were waiting in line... she literally came looking for us to offer a fig spread sample to pair with the cheese and crackers. I actually hate going to the grocery store, but she absolutely made my night!
